§ 1 General provisions

The provisions of the Privacy Policy apply to determining the rules of control, in the event of control, storage of personal data of the users of the www.corkvillage.com website, hereinafter updated “Users”. The Privacy Policy is the scope of supplementing purchases directly by the user. The administrator complies with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 in the protection of persons with regard to the processing of data on such data and data breaches 95 / EC, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, relevant data for the personal data of users, in the improved version of personal data, archives personal data, reassuring to provide access to the personal service, providing access to the database and processing services, integrity and supplementing the service and services. Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b), c) and f) GDPR, i.e. when: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the controller; processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require protection of personal data. Personal data will be transferred to payment operators: Przelewy24 in connection with the provision by the Bank to the Online Store of the service of providing infrastructure for servicing payments via the Internet, servicing and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, and in order to verify the proper performance by the Bank contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular ensuring the protection of payers’ interests in connection with their complaints. Personal data will also be transferred to the DPD courier company. The processing of Users’ personal data for the purpose of marketing the products or services of Łukasz Turyk importEU, will only take place after the User’s consent pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR.

The User has the right to:

access to your data and receive a copy of it; rectify (correct) your data; deletion of data – if, in the User’s opinion, there are no grounds for us to process his data; restrictions on data processing – if, in the User’s opinion, we have incorrect data about him or we process it unreasonably; or you do not want us to delete them because you need them to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the duration of the User’s objection to data processing;
object to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing and the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing, and when processing is necessary for us to perform a task carried out in the public interest or to exercise the authority entrusted to us public; data transfer – the User has the right to receive his personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, which he provided to the Administrator on the basis of a contract or consent, the user may also order the Administrator to send this data directly to another entity; lodging a complaint to the supervisory body – if the User believes that we are processing his data unlawfully, he may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority;
the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – at any time, the user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data processed by the Administrator on the basis of his consent; withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The User provides all data voluntarily and consciously, however, failure to provide basic data necessary to identify the User makes it impossible to provide services in the form of selling products and any other activities that are the basis for the functioning of the Website https://www.corkvillage.com. The following categories of entities may have access to the User’s personal data: authorized employees and associates of the Administrator; service providers providing the Administrator with technical and organizational solutions, enabling the implementation of the contract for the provision of Website functionalities and management of the Administrator’s organization (in particular courier companies, entities providing IT and marketing services, legal and advisory service providers and their authorized employees and associates); The Administrator will not transfer or allow the transfer of personal data provided by the User outside the EEA, unless he takes the necessary measures to ensure that the transfer is in accordance with the GDPR.
