Shop rules.
These regulations define the rules for using the online store www.corkvillage.com, concluding and performing the contract for the sale of goods available on the website, the rules for withdrawing from the contract, as well as the complaint procedure.
1. Seller – The online store CorkVillage operating at www.corkvillage.com, is run by Łukasz Turyk importEU, Marymoncka 137/139 m.27, 01-946, Warszawa, Poland, NIP: 5372433637, REGON: 061152870.
2. Online Store – website belonging to the seller, available under the domain https://www.corkvillage.com
3. Client – a natural person who is 13 years of age, but if the person is under 18, the consent of his legal representative is required, unless he has full legal capacity, as well as a legal person or entity organizational without legal personality, the law of which grants legal capacity, which uses the Online Store, in particular, which, on the terms set out in these Regulations, places an order via the Online Store.
4. Consumer – a natural person who performs a legal transaction with Łukasz Turyk importEU, not related directly to its business or professional activity.
5. Regulations – these regulations.
6. Goods – an item available for sale in the Online Store.
7. Order fulfillment time – the number of working days in which the order is completed, entrusted to the carrier and delivered via the carrier to the place indicated by the Customer.
8. Working days – days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
9. Order – Customer’s declaration of will, submitted via the Online Store, specifying: the type and quantity of goods in the Online Store’s assortment at the time of ordering, method of payment, method of delivery, place of issue of goods and customer data, constituting the offer by the Customer concluding a sales contract via the Online Store of the goods that are the subject of the order.
10. Information about the price of the goods, features and essential properties of the goods are available on the website of the Online Store and are placed next to the presented Goods.
11. The binding and final price is the price given in the “Basket” in the order summary at the time of placing the order by the Customer via the Online Store.
12. The prices of goods listed on the website of the Online Store are valid only when placing orders via the Online Store.
13. The prices of the goods presented on the website of the Online Store may change, and the change in the price of the goods does not affect orders placed before the price change comes into effect.
14. A limited number of Goods is intended for permanent, promotional and sales sales. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received until the stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.
15. The customer using the Online Store is obliged to:
a) use the Online Store in a manner consistent with applicable law and the provisions of these Regulations,
b) use the Online Store in accordance with good manners and with respect for the personal rights of other entities,
c) use the Online Store in a way that does not interfere with its functioning,
d) use any content contained in the Online Store only for personal use,
e) not to take actions consisting in sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the Online Store.
16. The Seller is not responsible for incorrectly entered data by the customer, which may hinder the execution of the order.
1. The customer may purchase goods from the Online Store’s assortment by placing an order.
2. Orders may be placed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week via the website of the Online Store, by completing an interactive form.
3. An indispensable element of the ordering procedure is that the Customer reads and accepts these Regulations, which the Customer confirms by checking the appropriate box before finalizing the order. The lack of acceptance by the Customer of these Regulations during the ordering procedure prevents the use of the possibility of purchasing the goods via the Online Store.
4. An element of the ordering procedure is also the Customer’s provision of his personal data indicated in the order form marked as obligatory and the Customer’s consent to the processing of the Customer’s personal data provided when placing the order, by checking the appropriate box before finalizing the order. submitted in the Online Store. Providing personal data marked as obligatory is voluntary, but necessary to place an order. Providing personal data that is not marked as obligatory is voluntary and not necessary to place an order.
5. To place an order, complete the order via the website of the Online Store, select “Buy Now” button. In the next stage, pressing the “Go to payment” button means that the Customer places an order with the obligation to pay.
6. The order form should indicate:
a) name and surname of the Consumer,
b) delivery address of the Consumer,
c) e-mail address (e-mail address) of the Consumer,
7. Placing an order takes place after completing the order, selecting the area and method of delivery of the goods, payment method, completing the order form and pressing the “Go to payment” button by the Customer. An order placed via the Online Store entails an obligation to pay.
1. When placing an order, the Customer pay for the ordered Goods and the costs of their delivery using
online payment via the Przelewy24 System (provided by PayPro SA, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań). The rules for making payments by customers via the Przelewy24 System and the complaint procedure are available at https://www.przelewy24.pl/regulamin.
1. Goods ordered via the Online Store are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland and European Union countries.
2. It is not possible to collect the Goods at the Seller’s premises.
3. Orders are sent via DPD courier company and amount to 9,90 EUR.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change the courier company that delivers the order to the Customer.
5. Information on delivery costs is shown in the ordering procedure (in the interactive form) and in the e-mail confirming the submission of the Order by the Customer. Delivery costs are added to the price of the Goods and are borne by the Customer.
6. Goods ordered via the Online Store are delivered to the place indicated by the Customer in the order on working days.
7. The waiting time for the delivery of orders placed by 10.30 am is 1 to 2 working days, and if the order was placed after 10.30 am, the delivery time is a maximum of 3 working days. The waiting time consists of completing the order and the estimated delivery time.
8. Upon collecting the parcel with the Goods delivered by the courier, the Customer is obliged to examine it (pursuant to Art. 545 § 2 of the Civil Code). If the parcel is damaged / opened before delivery to the customer, the Seller recommends completing the electronic damage report immediately after receiving the parcel from the courier on the carrier’s website and informing the Seller about it immediately.
9. If the customer fails to collect the parcel after the courier tries to guarantee it twice or fails to collect it from the parcel locker, the parcel will be returned to the sender. The cost of a possible re-sending of the package, after prior contact by the customer, is covered by the customer.
10. If the customer fails to collect the shipment or provides incorrect data for shipment and returns the package to the sender, the sender has the right to deduct the cost of the shipment from the return amount.
1. The consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale of Goods purchased from the Seller without giving
reasons by submitting the completed Online Withdrawal Form within 14 days
working days, counting from the date of taking possession of the item by the Consumer or a person indicated by him
a third other than the carrier. After completing the data and pressing the ‘Send’ button, the form will be left
automatically sent to the email address office@corkvillage.com.
2. The consumer within 14 working days of sending the completed withdrawal from the contract

3. The Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it.
4. If the conditions for withdrawal are met, the Seller returns to the Consumer
both the costs of the goods and the first delivery of the shipment, up to 14 days from the date on which the goods are delivered
to the warehouse under the above-mentioned address. If the delivery method chosen by the Consumer was different than the cheapest one from
possible, the seller is not obliged to compensate for this difference.
5. The reimbursement is made using the same payment methods as was made by
The consumer used in the original transaction.
6. A customer who does not have the status of a Consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract on time
14 days. For such customers, the rules and deadlines for withdrawing from the contract are governed by the provisions of the Code
civil.
The course of the complaint process:
In the event of a defect/damage to the received shipment and / or products or finding the non-compliance of the shipment with the order, the complainant is obliged to submit a complaint to CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU, in the manner specified in this procedure, up to 14 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. The Claimant may submit a complaint by completing the Online Complaint Form. After completing the data and pressing the ‘Send’ button, the form will be automatically sent to the address e-mail: office@corkvillage.com.
The advertiser will receive from us detailed information about further steps of the procedure. If for the consideration of the complaint it will be necessary to return of the advertised goods, it will be at the expense of CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU. On the side of the claimant is to pack the parcel in a safe way, preventing any damage during the transport. CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU will consider the complaint within 14 working days from the moment of sending the Complaint Form by the Claimant. In exceptional situations, it’s time for the delivery of the decision may be extended, about which the Claimant will be informed. CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEUafter receiving a complete set of documents and obtaining all information necessary to consider a given notification analyzes the validity of the notification. If the results of the analysis performed, it will clearly confirm that the product is full-fledged and no quality defects, the complaint will not be recognized.
The customer will be informed about the acceptance / non-recognition of the complaint by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the Complaint Form.
In case of a positive decision of CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU within 14 days from the decision, at his own expense, he will send the Complaining Party a new, full-value product.
If the application is not recognized, the office of CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU will also provide appropriate substantiation. In case of rejection of the complaint, if the product was delivered to CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU in order to consider the application, it may be reappointed sent to the Advertiser at his request. The advertiser covers the shipping cost. In exceptional situations, within 3 working days from the date of notification of the decision not to recognize the complaint, upon request of the advertiser, CorkVillage Łukasz Turyk importEU may re-analyze the notification and its validity.
1. The court competent for resolving disputes with Consumers is the court having jurisdiction over the applicable provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. Settlement of any disputes arising between the Krateczka Store and the Customer who is not a Consumer shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over our seat.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of applicable law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended) and the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827). In the event of any conflict of these Regulations with the rights of customers and provisions resulting from generally applicable provisions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
